MeetPickle 約局群組基本規則
大原則希望一齊用呢個平台輕鬆開心打匹克球，方便大家約到人🙌🏻。
請所有參與者遵守以下規則，共同維護公平同和諧嘅約局環境！
約局組織
- 發起人（Admin）會於群組內公布約局詳情，包括日期、時間、地點、收費、程度水平及參與人數上限 📅。
- 如有非Admin自行組織活動並私下聯絡你，該活動不代表MeetPick之立場或身份。
退出約局 / 取消報名
- 已報名的約局只能於活動開始前12小時自行取消報名。
公平守則
- 約局時會標註「程度水平」（例如：初階/2.5以下），讓參與者選擇適合自身能力的活動 。
- 如高水平玩家加入低水平約局，且經兩位以上成員投訴並證實屬實，該玩家將被暫停參與同級活動一個月 ⛔。
缺席處理
- 已報名但無故未出席者：
- 首次：發出警告⚠️，並需補繳兩場活動費用。
- 第二次：列入黑名單、踢出群組，並禁止報名及參與未來活動 🚫。
- 注意：遲到20分鐘或以上，視同缺席處理 ⏰。
爭議處理
- 如有任何不滿或爭議，請私訊Admin 💬，並盡量提供相關證據。
- Admin將依據事實公平處理；如有疑問，歡迎隨時查詢 。
- 若爭議無法透過Admin解決，平台保留最終決定權。
MeetPickle Pickleball Group Basic Rules
We aim to create a fun, relaxed platform for enjoying pickleball and connecting with others! 🙌🏻 Please follow these rules to keep our community fair and harmonious.
Event Organization
- Admins will post event details (date, time, location, fees, skill level, max participants) 📅.
- Non-Admin organized events don’t represent MeetPick ⚠️.
Withdrawal / Cancel Registration
- Participants can only cancel their registration 12 hours before the event starts🙏.
Fair Play
- Events are labeled by skill level (e.g., beginner/2.5 or below) 🎾.
- High-level players joining lower-level events may face a one-month suspension if verified complaints are received ⛔.
Absence
- No-show:
- First time: Warning ⚠️ + pay two event fees.
- Second time: Blacklisted and banned 🚫.
- 20+ minutes late = absence ⏰.
Liability Disclaimer
- All risks (including personal injury, property damage, disease transmission, or accidents) are borne by participants. The platform is not liable for any damages from participation.
- Participants must ensure they are fit for pickleball and are advised to get personal insurance. No medical or safety guarantees are provided.
- The platform may remove rule-breaking users without notice or compensation. Blacklist and suspension decisions are final, with no appeals
